This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. O'RQ-547, dated July 2, 2019) and the Law "On Electronic Commerce." It describes how the personal data of users (hereinafter — "User") of the website discover-stans.uz (hereinafter — the "Website") is collected, used, stored, and protected.

By using the Website, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.2. Data processed during payment:

Payments are processed through payment systems licensed in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Payme, Click, Ipak Yuli Bank internet acquiring). Bank card details (full card number, CVV code) are not stored or viewed by the Website — they are processed directly within the secure infrastructure of the licensed payment system, compliant with the PCI DSS security standard.

1.3. Automatically collected technical data:

IP address;
Browser and device type;
Date/time of website visits and pages viewed (for statistical/analytical purposes, e.g., via Google Analytics).

2. PURPOSES OF DATA USE

Collected personal data is used for the following purposes:

Processing and confirming bookings;
Contacting the User regarding trip details (via phone, email, Telegram);
Processing payments and maintaining financial records;
Improving service quality and conducting statistical analysis;
Providing information to government authorities where required by law.

3. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1. The User's personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without consent.

3.2. Data may be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:

To payment systems (Payme, Click, Ipak Yuli Bank) for processing payments — limited to the data necessary for the transaction;
To service partners during the tour (hotels, transport providers, guides) — limited to data necessary to fulfill the service (name, phone, travel dates);
To authorized government bodies, in cases directly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

4.1. Personal data is stored on servers located within the Republic of Uzbekistan, or on secure infrastructure where cross-border transfer is permitted under Uzbek law.

4.2. Technical (encryption, secure connection — HTTPS) and organizational measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access to data.

4.3. Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with the User and thereafter, for the period prescribed by law (typically 3–5 years for financial records).

5. USER RIGHTS

In accordance with the Law "On Personal Data," the User has the right to:

Obtain information about how their personal data is processed;
Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
Withdraw consent to data processing at any time;
Request deletion of data in cases provided for by law.

6. COOKIES

The Website may use cookies to improve user experience and conduct statistical analysis. Users may delete or block cookies at any time through their browser settings, although this may affect certain website functions.
