PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

(Discover Stans Travel Services Agreement)

Effective date: September 8, 2026

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce," the Civil Code (Article 355), and the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights." It is issued by Khayrullayev Azim Sodiqovich (Individual Entrepreneur, trading as "Discover Stans", hereinafter — the "Provider") and defines the terms under which travel and tour services are provided to any interested party (hereinafter — the "Customer").

By registering on the website, placing a booking, or making a payment, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer (Article 369 of the Civil Code).

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Provider — Khayrullayev Azim Sodiqovich, registered as an Individual Entrepreneur under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, operating under the trade name "Discover Stans."
  • Customer — a website user, an individual or legal entity placing an order for a tour service.
  • Website — the website at discover-stans.uz and its associated mobile interfaces.
  • Tour/Service — a travel program presented on the website (day trips or multi-day excursions, transfers, guide services, etc.).
  • Booking — a request formed by the Customer on the website, specifying a particular tour, date, and number of participants.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with travel services in accordance with the description, price, and conditions posted on the website, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services rendered.

2.2. The exact scope of each tour (included/excluded services, duration, route, price) is specified on the relevant tour page and constitutes an integral part of this agreement.

3. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

3.1. A booking is made through the relevant form on the website by entering the required information (full name, contact details, date, number of participants).

3.2. A booking becomes effective once confirmed by the Provider and payment has been received.

3.3. The Provider reserves the right to decline a booking or propose an alternative date/program due to availability, weather conditions, or other objective reasons.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. Service prices are listed on the website in US Dollars (USD) or Uzbek Soum (UZS) and specified on the relevant tour page.

4.2. Payment is made by bank card through payment systems integrated with the website (Payme, Click, Ipak Yuli Bank internet acquiring, and others).

4.3. Payment is considered completed at the moment funds are debited from the Customer's bank card.

4.4. All payments made to the Provider are processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the relevant fiscal documents (receipts) issued.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Provider's obligations:

  • To provide services in accordance with the program and terms published on the website;
  • To inform the Customer in advance of service conditions and possible risks (e.g., border crossings, mountainous terrain);
  • To process the Customer's personal data in accordance with this Offer and the Privacy Policy.

5.2. Customer's obligations:

  • To provide accurate and complete information when booking;
  • To pay for the service in the manner and timeframe specified;
  • To follow the safety instructions of guides and organizers during the tour;
  • To independently ensure possession of documents required for international travel (passport, visa).

5.3. Provider's rights:

  • To make changes to the program for objective reasons (weather, safety, force majeure), with prior notice to the Customer;
  • To suspend the provision of services if the Customer violates safety rules.

5.4. Customer's rights:

  • To cancel a booking prior to the tour start date, in accordance with Section 6 of this Offer;
  • To address quality-related concerns to the Provider.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. If the Customer cancels a booking in writing (via email or Telegram) at least 7 (seven) days before the tour start date, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

6.2. If cancelled 3–6 days before the tour start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

6.3. If cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour start date, or in case of no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded, except in cases of natural disaster, illness (with supporting medical documentation), or other force majeure circumstances.

6.4. If the tour is cancelled by the Provider (insufficient participants, safety concerns, etc.), the paid amount will be refunded in full, or, with the Customer's consent, transferred to another date/tour.

6.5. Refunds to bank cards are typically processed within 5–14 business days (depending on the bank/payment system's timelines).

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Offer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7.2. The Provider is not liable for the Customer's inability to use a tour due to personal reasons (being late, missing documents, etc.).

7.3. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the actions or omissions of third parties not affiliated with the Provider (airlines, hotels, border services).

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, pandemics, and other unforeseeable circumstances, the Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations during such circumstances.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. Any disputes arising from this Offer shall be resolved through negotiation.

9.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Offer; amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

10.2. This Offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
